Traditional Preparation
Add ½ teaspoon (1g) of matcha powder to a bowl or cup.
Add 3 oz of hot water (185°F / 85°C).
Whisk vigorously in zig-zag or “W” patterns until powder is fully dissolved and a fine foam forms on the surface.
Adjust matcha amount to your taste preference.
Storage & Freshness
Unopened: Store in the freezer for maximum freshness.
Opened: Store in the refrigerator and use within a few months for optimal color, flavor, and frothiness.
